Cantiere Giovani

Cantiere Giovani is a non-profit organization started in 2001 developing its activities in the northern area of Naples (Italy). Cantiere Giovani fosters new socio-cultural and educational opportunities at a local, national and international level. The purpose is to bring out the best in young people, especially the ones with fewer opportunities; to give them the opportunity to develop new skills, take part to life-changing experiences, provide them with tools to realize their ambitions and hopes. Cantiere Giovani runs the youth center “Il Cantiere” in Frattamaggiore, which aims at fostering social inclusion and active citizenship of young people through informal and non- formal education. It provides school support to ESL (early school leaver), organizes Italian classes for foreigners and eases their integration in society giving them information, legal aid and involving them in its activities. Cantiere Giovani runs a help-desk for Youth and gives assistance in finding job, trainings and educative opportunities. Furthermore, it organizes information and sensitizations events, youth exchanges and it is a hosting and sending organization for European Voluntary Service. Cantiere Giovani can count on a large network of cooperating organizations, which help spread its activities at a local, national and international level.

Aventura Marão Clube

Aventura Marão Clube (AMC) is a no profit association created in 1993 by a group of young people of Amarante, Portugal (actually AMC has 480 members). The main objective is to promote a healthy way of life among the population (especially Youth) and nowadays runs three different sections: Mountain Bikes, Canoeing and Fair Trade. Under this last one AMC opened in 1999 the first Portuguese fair trade shop and participates in actions of promotion and training at national and international youth programs and also organizes, since 2000, international Workcamps about different themes such as environmental preservation, archaeology or fair trade. Since November 2008 we run Casa da Juventude de Amarante (Youth Centre and Hostel) and we are quite involved in Youth in Action (Youth Exchanges, Training Courses, EVS, etc.), LLL (Grundtvig, LDV, etc.) and new Erasmus+.

Sarean

Sarean is a community, participatory cultural center based in the area of San Francisco in the city of Bilbao, Spain. It is coordinated by Espacio Plaza, a cultural association composed by local artists, social organisations and neighbours. The aim of Sarean is to contribute to the communal living through culture and to promote the intercultural convergence in the area.

Sarean is located in an area with a high percentage of migrant population. Our goal is to celebrate this wealth, organising different activities as talks, workshops, exhibitions, concerts or dinners in collaboration with migrant associations and making public the work of artists and thinkers from other countries. We also are a intergenerational space, and we organise activities for children, youngsters and older people. Sarean promotes collaboration and participation in our area and city, and we have a long experience organising collaborative projects with differents partners as public institutions, universities, NGOs and cultural collectives.

Drustvo za Razvijanje Prostovoljnega Dela Novo Mesto (DRPDNM)

Društvo za razvijanje prostovoljnega dela Novo mesto (Association for Developing Voluntary Work Novo mesto) is Slovenian non-governmental and humanitarian organisation, working in the public interest in the area of social care, youth and culture. Our mission is to contribute to more inclusive and open society for all. Our two leading programs therefore deal with inclusion of socially excluded groups and with the stimulation of the NGO development and civil dialogue. Our activities within the programs are performed by expert and voluntary work. We promote the values of solidarity, tolerance, voluntarism, active living, clean environment, citizenship awareness and inter-cultural dialogue, citizens participation.
